Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Handling Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order is successfully placed.

Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses located within the United States.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, shipping efficiency, and operational requirements.
Most orders within the United States are delivered using USPS Ground Advantage, USPS First-Class Package Service, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, depending on the shipping destination and package characteristics.
While customers cannot select a specific carrier during checkout, we strive to use the shipping option that provides reliable and efficient delivery service.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking details.
Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to become available within the carrier’s tracking system.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
