Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after the order has been placed.

Order Changes

Customers may request changes within 12 hours after placing an order.

Eligible changes may include:

• Shipping address corrections
• Size changes
• Color changes
• Product variation changes
• Other order detail updates

Orders Already in Processing

Once an order has entered fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

• Orders currently being packed
• Orders with tracking numbers generated
• Orders already shipped by the carrier

If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Refund & Return Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.

Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
